Adding Dynamic Media 360 Videos and Custom Video Thumbnails with AEM Assets
With the recent release of Adobe Experience Manager 6.5, you now have access to some great new features and enhancements that let you offer your customers even more engaging experiences. One of the best? The ability to add 360-degree videos from AEM Assets to your website or mobile site and associate a custom thumbnail with it. Now your customers can sit back and watch 360-degree videos in playback mode with standard video controls like play or pause. But they can also enjoy a more immersive experience with point-of-view controls that let them control where they go in the video. Watch this video to learn how to use this powerful new feature available with Dynamic Media within AEM Assets.

Andrew works with digital marketing teams to optimize and streamline the delivery of creative content in their websites, emails, and other digital channels. For example, he helps them use Dynamic Media capabilities like Smart Crop for images, which automatically creates and delivers the best cropped version of an image to a visitor’s device. Andrew explains, “Smart Crop automates a lot of the high touch chores. That lets creative marketers spend time being creative and not preparing 50 different versions of art files. Make more images, tell more stories, do less image editing.”
