Advanced Analytics Is Here for Dynamic Media
Want more insight into how your customers are interacting with image and video content delivered by Dynamic Media experience viewers? We're happy to announce that this September, Dynamic Media and Dynamic Media Classic will integrate with Adobe Launch. With the integration, you can create rules and track granular viewer interactions like load events, zoom actions, video play actions, and many others. You can easily craft rules by choosing from an extended number of events and sending them directly to Adobe Analytics or your preferred analytics tool.

PieterJan Pieper, Senior Technical Support Engineer, AEM Assets, Dynamic Media
As a long-time team member, Pieter heads up customer technical support, handling support tickets and working with technical support engineers to resolve issues. From Pieter, “I love working directly with customers to solve their wide variety of technical challenges.” For example, Pieter helps customers properly transform their URLs to improve their SEO. On the technical operations side, he also sets up domains for customers so that the content delivery network (CDN) used by Dynamic Media serves up images, videos, and viewers to customer websites.
Pieter recently co-presented a webinar on a new Dynamic Media feature that he believes customers should dive into using right away: Smart Imaging. Watch the webinar to learn how this feature automatically (and dramatically) reduces image weight to super charge mobile page load times.
